The UA20 family is a device that receives analog signals from a sensor, converts them to digital, and transmits them via USB. Unlike the main purpose, the contact signal is often used as UA20. Here's how to properly use the UA20.
1.UA20-A
In order to use UA20-A, the contact sensor power is required separately. The advantage is that it can monitor 2 channels.
- UA CalibratorInput mode 0 ~ 20mAChange to.
- SCALE value 0 ~ 20mAChange to.
- Connect in series so that the maximum of 20mA is not exceeded by using the power of the contact sensor and the appropriate resistance value (100 Ω is installed inside the product). #12VIf you put in, put 900 Ω in series 1KΩ If made, 12mA will appear.
* Caution: If the current value exceeds 20mA, the product may be damaged.
2.UA20-B
Since 20V output comes from UA12-B, the power supply of the contact sensor is unnecessary. The advantage of the UA20-B is that it does not require a separate power supply.

3. Utilize the Radionode365 dashboard function
Radionode365 (Sensor Data Web Monitoring Service) has a Text Widget function. In the case of a contact signal, since it is a value received from an analog signal, values such as 11.13, 13.45, etc. have no meaning, and the range will be meaningful information. When the user specifies a management range, the value of that range is expressed as text.

Radionode3 as shown in <Figure 365> Dashboard By utilizing the function, the signal can be expressed as a meaningful value, door open / door closed, to immediately know the status of the target.
UA20 is another contact sensor such as a door sensor or 4 ~ 20mA, 0 ~ 20mA Try connecting the output sensor. Work efficiency increases.
