Thank you for purchasing the DEKIST RN400 product.
The RN400 T2 model has sub-models that specialize in functions. The sub-model is connected with specialized sensors to perform various monitoring. The external sensor of the lower model is Disabled Or, since it is set as default and shipped from the factory, check the sensor type suitable for the purpose of use, and Activationcan be fully functional.
✓ The sub-models are as follows.
RN400-T2TS (4-channel temperature transmitter)
RN400-T2 CS (4-channel 4-20mA transmitter)
RN400-T2 PM (Differential Mode, Cumulative Mode)
RN400-T2EX,RN400-H2EX the model is separate documentPlease refer to
The UA-Calibrator software required for activation is provided on our website.
– Program download path: UA-Calibrator Program Download
Once you have decided on the sub-model and sensor type that suits your purpose of use, install the UA-Calibrator software downloaded from our website on your PC, connect the device with a USB cable, and set the channel.
1. Connecting RN400 and PC with USB Cable
1. Check the product's power status and enter USB CALIBRATION.
front of the product W buttonAfter system WakeUp by pressing , S buttonPress to enter the setting menu. again S buttonPress 3 times to activate the [3.USB CALIBRATION] text on the screen.
2. Run – W buttonPress .
3. Loosen the screw - Turn the fastening screw on the right side of the front side of the product counterclockwise to open it.
4. Connection – Plug the prepared Micro USB cable into the Micro USB holder located on the left side of the terminal block of the internal board, connect it to the PC, and run the UA-Calibrator program on the PC.
2. RN400-T2TS T/C temperature sensor setting
caution. Activate the external sensor in the following order, and the temperature value is displayed numerically on the screen on the front of the product even if the external sensor is not connected to the channel. This is the output value of the temperature sensor inside the device. Be careful.
# RN400-T2TSis a thermocouple temperature sensor K, J, T, N, S, E, B, R Type External sensor is supported.
1. The sensor type of the product is set to NONE at the time of shipment. Change the selected sensor type in the channel you want to use, and click the arrow-shaped save button on the right to select the sensor type.
* Each channel is independent, so you can use up to 4 channels.
2. Calibration button Restriction on useThere is this. This is a function that can only be used by the manufacturer because professional equipment is required for calibration. user's Random useThe problem caused by A/S for a feeis in progress.
3. When a number different from the temperature value number of the standard device appears Full Range Input Offset Use the function (located in the lower right of the picture below). current temperature 25 ℃Assuming , Full Range Input Offset -2 ℃ After entering the information and pressing the save button with the right arrow, 25 ℃in 2 ℃put down 23 ℃is displayed.
4. When all settings are done micro USB After removing the cable, P buttonPress to execute reboot. If reboot is executed normally, the settings are saved.
3. RN400-T2CS loop current external sensor setting
RN400-T2CS The product is an industrial loop current 4-20mA 혹은 0-20mASupports external sensors that use It converts the signal from the external sensor into a digital value and transmits it to the server.
1. Industrial loop current 4-20mA, 0-20mA It is used by connecting the output external sensor to the channel. 4 channels are provided in the terminal block.
# For a sensor that uses loop power, the wiring must be connected so that it flows from + to - of the 4~20mA input terminal. No additional resistor connections are required. If a transmitter with a separate output signal is connected to the 4~20mA input terminal, the same polarity must be connected.

2. Check the UA-Calibrator setting window displayed on the PC screen. First, check the model name located in the upper left corner. If it matches the submodel you want to use, then you have a good connection.
3. In the channel of the external sensor you want to use, SCALE Find the button and press it.
4. Enter the scale value of the transmitter (4-20mA). When the output of the transmitter is 4mA and 20mA, input the desired value to be displayed as a number and save it by pressing the Done button below.

4. RN400-T2PM PM sensor setting
The RN400-T2PM product measures particulate matters in PM2.5, PM10.0 and PM0.5 sizes.
The fine dust measurement mode measures only a specific size of dust. Differential ModeAnd PM0.3 to accumulate and measure all dust from the section. Cumulative Mode It supports two things. In addition, units of measure support units of mass and units of weight.
1. Check the UA-Calibrator setting window displayed on the PC screen. First, check the model name located in the upper left corner. If it matches the submodel you want to use, then you have a good connection.
Explanation of default settings
– CH1: The cumulative number of particles of 1um to 0.3um size per 2.5 cubic meter
– CH2: The cumulative number of particles of 1um to 0.3um size per 10.0 cubic meter
2. Default Sampling mode is located in the middle of the second line from the top, CumulativeMode is the default. And on the left in the 4th row from the top PM2.5, PM10.0The detail value defaults to .
Please refer to the 'PM Counter Mode Standard Table' below to change the setting value.
3. Sensor output mode (unit setting) is ug / m³This is the default.
#/cm³는 Cubic centimeterIt means the number of particles.
Weight unitug/cm3 PM0.5 is Nuber unit #/ cm³ It is output as .
4. When all settings are done micro USB After removing the cable, P buttonPress to execute reboot. If reboot is executed normally, the settings are saved.
How to link RN400 to RS-485
The sub-models TS, CS, PM of the RN400-T2 model support the industrial interface RS485-MODBUS. RS485-MODBUS function is OFF It is shipped as is and cannot be used without changing the settings.
For details, please refer to the RS-485 linkage link below.
