Deviance

Deviance Status monitors the specific current state of the asset system as identified by the Deviance Management service.

Deviation management is a paid service that collects abnormal data outside of the set range that occurs in the asset system according to certain rules, provides it in a list and graph, and helps you identify the type and cause.

This is a very useful paid service that provides decision-making information that enables immediate response by monitoring the management of valuable customers' assets, such as sensitive or expensive items.

Deviation is Alarm setting It means data that exceeds the threshold set in the step, and deviation detection targets meaningful data selected through the exception handling conditions set according to the characteristics of the asset system. Deviation management considers multiple alarm detections as a single deviation event.

Deviation management is largely composed of the status of deviation and history of termination. Deviation status consists of in-progress, unconfirmed, excluded channels, and time chart of aberration events. Channels excluding deviations currently in progress or already in progress and management of deviations provide information with different icons and numbers with different colors. Automatic search can be selected for the chart, and the search period is set in units of 2 days, 1 week, and 1 month to provide a graph of deviation events.

Frequent alarms notified to managers can sometimes act as a cause of lowering work efficiency, so it is necessary to properly manage alarm detection according to asset characteristics.
