UA Product Installation Guide

UA product is a Radionode device with USB output. UA device consists of a channel that converts the analog signal of an external sensor into a digital signal and a USB that sends the digitized value of the channel. UA is a very useful product that supports various operating systems using the USB CDC protocol.

1. UA Product Classification

• UA1X series: UA10 temperature and humidity, UA11 thermocouple, UA13 PT100 temperature sensor
• UA2X series: UA20-A 4-20mA, UA20-C 0-1V, UA20-B 12-4mA with 20V output
• UA5X series: UA50 tvoc, UA52 optical gas sensor, UA53 film gas sensor, UA54 electrochemical gas sensor

2. What devices and operating systems does UA support?

By default, you can connect to the RN17X to use the RADIONODE365 cloud service.

UA products can be used in individual devices such as PCs using USB communication. Supported operating systems are Windows, Android, Linux, and MacOS.

3. Is UA recognized normally by PC?

UA products are used by connecting them to the USB port of a device such as a PC, tablet, or RN17X. When the LED on the front of the UA product turns off, you can confirm that the device has been properly recognized.

If the LED is continuously lit in red, the UA product is not recognized normally by the relevant device such as a PC. If the red LED is still on, you need to manually install the UA product driver.

4. What is UA-Calibrator software?

If the device to be used, such as a PC, tablet, or RN17X, has recognized it normally, you can change the UA product to suit your environment.

If you understand the purpose of use and the environment, you should use the UA-Calibrator software that can precisely adjust the UA product line or change settings.

UA-Calibrator software is a software that precisely adjusts the sensor environment of UA products and RN400 products. The model is automatically recognized, and the main items include Full Range Input Offset, Sensing Range, and Error Correction.
