Cancel service payment

Cancel service payment

If the customer's intention has changed after paying for the paid service, you can cancel the payment in the following ways.

If you cancel the service payment, the service plan will be changed to the plan you were using before payment.
If you extend the service, the expiration date will change. Any additional credits paid will be deducted.

  1. In the information display area at the top of the screen, click the administrator's name.
  2. Click the [Payment History] menu.
  3. Click the [Cancel Request] button on the payment you wish to cancel.
  4. After confirming the refund amount in the [Cancel Request] pop-up window, click the [Confirm] button to complete the cancellation.

If there is no intention to upgrade/extend the service, payment can be canceled, but only for payments made within the last 7 days.
However, payment can be canceled only for the service plan, and credit charge cannot be canceled. In addition, cancellation is not possible even if payment was made with a voucher.
